Methods: The traditional risk factors and coronary lesion characteristics of angiography and interventional treatment of 98 PCAD-AMI patients (PCAD group), 114 late-onset coronary artery disease (LCAD) AMI patients (LCAD group) and 82 non-coronary artery disease patients (non-CAD group) were analyzed. Results: Risk factor analysis showed that the ratio of positive family history of PCAD group was significantly higher than that of LCAD group (P£¼0.01); the risk factors of PCAD group and LCAD group were higher than those of nonCAD group (P£¼0.01 or P£¼0.05). Coronary angiography result showed that the incidence of single-vessel disease in PCAD group was higher than that in LCAD group (P£¼0.01). The single vessel occlusion rate of PCAD group was similar to that of LCAD group and there was no double-vessel occlusion. The single stent per patient ratio of PCAD group was significantly higher than that of LCAD group (P£¼0.01). Conclusion: PCAD-AMI is closely related to the traditional risk factors.
